Crosstowne Properties, Ltd. is a father-son (Craig & Ryan) real estate development company with offices in Springfield and Columbus, Ohio. Over the past 29 years, Crosstowne Properties, Ltd. (a former Epcon franchisee) has developed, built, and sold over 700 condominiums and single-family homes primarily in the Greater Dayton area, Springfield, and South Carolina. Crosstowne’s main focus today is building “Detached Single Family-Patio Type homes,” along with developing multifamily properties (rentals) and several other prominent infill real estate projects in Grandview (Columbus), Ohio.
Crosstowne’s main focus remains on our “Detached Single Family-Patio Type Homes,” with the 2025 introduction of Fountain Village in Springfield, Ohio. Fountain Village is a mixed-use residential development featuring 54 “detached single-family-patio type homes” and 23 townhomes. All homes will include “open floor plans” with a first-floor master bedroom and master bath. Most are single-story homes built on slab, except for the 2-story townhomes.
The 2 BR/2 BA homes range in size from 1262 SF to 1370 SF, while the 3 BR/2 BA homes range in size from 1468 SF to 2568 SF. Many quality home features are included, such as 9-10 ft. ceilings, three ft. door openings (ADA), gourmet kitchen with island, double vanity master bath with walk-in shower, and walk-in closet, Pella windows, an outdoor private covered patio area, masonry exterior, and architectural dimensional shingles.

Every Crosstowne home is backed by a one-year builder warranty, and homeowners benefit from a 15-year tax abatement on property improvements.
